Put as much effort into maintaining your mental and physical well-being as you do into accomplishing your goals. Do not overlook the need to provide relaxation and breaks for your mind and body. Please do not wait for your body to tell you when to take a break because it may decide to do so at a time that is utterly unexpected to you. Instead, decide to take breaks at regular intervals.
